Christmas 2011

These are all mixed up, but they start backwards for the most part.

Ice Skating for the New Year! The kids were SO excited to go, 3rd time (trying) is a charm!

Tubing at Grand Targhee Resort ~ Evan was awake the whole way up the moutain (2 hours) and then screamed till he slept in the lodge and then watched movies again all the way down the mountain to home. It was a fun day for the kids, and Evan and I enjoyed the lodge. It was pretty cold, but at least we found some snow since we didn't have a white Christmas this year. We hit a snow enbankment on the way down which was pretty scary, and then the Excursion started smoking 2 miles from our house.. :( we think its the 4WD...darn it!

Bowling at Bowlero! The kids did SO well! Chase even beat Daddy! Kelton and Chase both got 2 spares and little Evan loved to push the balls. The kids were so nice to let him help. Taelin would flip her hair everytime her ball got past the 1/2 way mark. :) So dang funny!!!!

Japanease Steakhouse as a family. Kimber had a friend here this week. The kids thought he was fun. We ate some yummy food. It wasn't the best grilled food, but it was fun and tasty.

Christmas Day, Angry Birds toys from Nathan, we didn't have my new compact camera until Christmas Day, so Christmas morning and Eve aren't photographed. We have lots of fun memories watching the kids play with their toys. Kelton woke up at 11:30pm and couldn't go back to sleep till 1:30, he was sooo excited to play with all his toys. Chase got woken up early by Kelton and Taelin actually slept in till 8:30 when Kelton couldn't let her sleep anymore! Evan was already up (sure kelton's work too) and they all played. Kelton and Chase had 2 huge sets of Legos (but later returned and got a 3D dsi after we all realized that Santa would be okay with the switch). Taelin got a computer game keyboard/mouse set and Evan got a tugboat full of airballs. He's been diving off the couch and into the pit, and all the kids have been busy this week and now ready to get back into school tomorrow!
