SNOW DAY!

Behind the boys, you can see our 6 foot fence, that is half way gone from the snow that we've gotten! This year we have gotten our fair share, and with the drifts from the crazy wind, we have gotten huge swells in some places (like this side of the house, where my future garden will be!) So, Jake decided it would be fun to throw Kelton into it, the majority of the backyard was so hard, you didn't even sink, but they it was soft in the drifts- so we had some fun.

I was squatting to take a picture of him, so he copied me- he's such a character! He kept brushing the snow from in front of him to the side then stepping where he had cleared, it was halarious to watch, and it took him forever to get anywhere!

Daddy tried to jump in after him (the first picture) but it didn't work out so well. Then Daddy picked up Chase and tossed him without Chase knowing what was going on (scroll down).

Kelton had so much fun! It was SO nice to get the boys out and into the snow! It's been SO cold (-10 degrees or lower) for the past 2 weeks, and before that- it was yucky with the winds. But now, we got 30 degree weather, and with little tiny winds, it was PERFECT to take the boys out and burn some of that energy that they have had from being in the house so much! We are looking forward to building a snow man tomorrow!!! Yay! They are so excited that they weren't freezing either! It took forever to bring them in and undressed, but then they figured they could eat the snow!!! YUMMY!
